The questions everyone asks before deciding
Who owns the code and the data?
You — entirely. Source code, database and hosting accounts stay in your institution's name. Even if we walk away, your system remains yours; no vendor lock-in. This is a core NUSAIFA IT principle.
How is cost structured? Are there monthly fees?
The main cost is a one-time development fee, per module. An optional Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) follows. On the infrastructure we use, hosting costs for small-to-mid institutions stay very low. Our proposals include a three-year comparative cost projection.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on module scope — single modules ship fast; full ecosystems go live in phases so operations never stop. Request a demo and we send a written proposal with a timeline for your exact needs.
Will our staff be able to run the system?
Yes — it's built for that. Interfaces are Bangla-first, and every system ships with hands-on training and step-by-step bilingual manuals (see samples in the Manuals section). And if anyone still gets stuck, support is there.
How safe is our data?
Sensitive operations always run in server-side functions — passwords and secrets never reach the browser. Row-Level Security on every table, audit logs on critical actions, and role-based access so everyone sees only what they should. This architecture is already in use under donor-funded project scrutiny.
Can our old register/Excel data move into the new system?
Yes. Our systems support Excel/CSV import (e.g. member-payment CSV upload in the Accounts Suite), and we have handled legacy Bangla document conversion too. Migration scope is written into the proposal — no surprises later.
